Proclamation
is a gospel music ministry; witnessing and worshipping in song
and testimony, and have been traveling for the Lord in this
ministry for about 18 years. The Lord has truly blessed as
we travel forward for Him, and we wish to share our joy with
your congregation as well..
BOOKING
REQUESTS
If
you are a Pastor or Music Minister, the best way to contact us
is via this website and email address; or the phone number
listed above. If we are not available, please leave a
message and we will return your call as soon as possible upon
our return.
If
you are an individual that would like for your church to contact
us, then the best way is to have your Pastor or Music
Minister contact us through this website or at the phone number
listed above. You may also send us their email or postal
mailing address, and we will be happy to forward our information
to them. This will put them on a special "possible
scheduling" list, and we will periodically send them
information regarding our ministry as a reminder and
update. Of course, they may request removal from this list
at any time.
FINANCES
Proclamation does not
charge a set fee for our ministry. Because we come in
faith, all we ask is that the church or sponsoring organization
respond in faith by allowing the congregation the opportunity to
share in meeting our financial needs. Of course, this is
usually done on a "love offering" basis. There
are times that the church or sponsoring organization prefers to
handle this themselves, having set aside funds during the year
for such occasions, and of course, we will honor this offering
as well.
We also bring CDs,
cassettes and video tapes of our music, as well as other
products, and we ask that the church or organization advise us
as to where we can prominently display these items, as their
sell also helps further our ministry.
TRAVELING
DISTANCES
Proclamation is based out
of the Greensboro, NC area. We can easily worship with your church
or group locally (within an hour drive) for revivals or special
events during the week (preferring Friday evenings if possible),
and can also travel much longer distances for the weekend.
If traveling for the weekend, we would like to try to get at
least 2 or 3 other schedules in the closely surrounding area if
possible, but this is not necessary.
Some long distance travel
may require overnight accommodations. In these instances,
we ask that the church or organization call and speak with us
and we will be happy to let you know what may be required - most
of the time, this is very minimal, and we will be happy to work
out the details with you.
